Amelia Poppy and Oliver James Steele

Em was away with the girls from 6am on Saturday until 2pm on Sunday, drinking and hanging out in male strip bars and setting fire to their bras outside the Houses of Parliament.  Usual crap.

So Daddy and Amelia spent the weekend bonding.  We had long discussions about the future, I was disappointed to see that Milly was quite uninterested.  We made bottles, Grandma Steele came over and saw us for a bit.  All in all Daddy and little girl had a wonderful time, best of all there were no cuts, scratches or scrapes on her; and she was fed.  She wasn’t particularly clean though as I didn’t quite get around to bathing her.

Summertime has hit the shores of England early this year, yay for CO2 emissions etc.  Amelia has had her first real taste of hanging out in the garden, relaxing in the sunshine and drinking.  In Amelia’s case the drink was of course milk but Mummy and Daddy managed a beer or two.

We’ve finally got around to buying a camcorder so as soon as Daddy works out how to put a movie onto this site we’ll get some action shots of Milly screaming, pooping and smiling.

Yes we know, there haven’t been any updates for far too long as people keep reminding us.  Milly and her parents had no idea she was proving to be so popular.

The short version is that the apple mac [ or the “appw” in the title ] that we produce this blog on was disassembled to be moved upstairs and Daddy didn’t quite get around to putting it back together and plugging it in and stuff.

The title is inspired by the traditional depiction of Igor, the mad scientists assistant; and the striking resemblance Amelia has to him in the picture above.
