Amelia Poppy and Oliver James Steele

In an attempt to have a good night of sleep we made the decision to start feeding our angelic insomniac with some baby rice.

She loved it from the first spoonful. As the spoon approaches her mouth flaps open and closed like a fish doing sit-ups on the lawn and she cackles with delight. A video will have to be made!

Other news, Amelia is now one inch off being two feet tall/long. Smashing

She’s a little young to be walking unaided but she took to her “hangy from the door frame thingy” like a duck to stale bread.

She’ll be walking in no time.

Other news, Daddy was another year older and another year wiser and all that nonsense.  The party took 3 days to recover from.  Good job I’m a father now as drinking really isn’t my forte anymore.  It’s all bike rides and swimming pools from here on.
