Amelia Poppy and Oliver James Steele

We rented a villa in Mijas and flew out for a few days of sunshine before Daddy started his new job at Sky.

Lot’s of fun was had by all….

Oliver and Amelia have never been the type of children to just fall asleep anywhere. This is the first time we’ve seen either of them fall asleep anywhere except in bed or in the car…

We went out to the beach for the day with the Patrick-Ward family. Unbelievable weather for the 1st October! A lovely time was hide by all, flying kites, eating sandy sandwiches, watching Amelia getting all panicky when the tide started coming in and eating ice lollies

Marvellous, marvellous day.

Oliver seems to have developed his father’s penchant for wandering around naked. Needless to say the figleaf was photoshopped on to save him embarassment when he gets older. [ Anyone spot the "Adam and the Ants" reference??]

The play park in Worden Park has been closed for what seems like ages, well, it’s now open again. Hurrah

An old piccy but I love it. We had a fire in the springtime – Amelia, needless to say, got bored quite quickly and went inside to watch Peppa Pig

Breakfast time fun with raspberrys freshly picked from the garden…

Royal wedding celebrations at Ceri and Adam’s house. Oliver refused to put his trousers on, and is wearing his sisters hat, whilst riding on a pink horse. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.
